No Waiver by First Lien Secured Parties. (a) Other than with respect to the Second Lien Permitted Actions and Third Lien Permitted Actions, nothing contained herein shall prohibit or in any way limit the First Lien Collateral Agent or any other First Lien Secured Party from opposing, challenging or objecting to, in any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding or otherwise, any action taken, or any claim made, by the Second Lien Collateral Agent or any other Second Lien Secured Party, or the Third Lien Collateral Agent or any other Third Lien Secured Party, including any request by the Second Lien Collateral Agent or any other Second Lien Secured Party, or the Third Lien Collateral Agent or any other Third Lien Secured Party for adequate protection or any exercise by the Second Lien Collateral Agent or any other Second Lien Secured Party, or the Third Lien Collateral Agent or any other Third Lien Secured Party of any of its rights and remedies under the Second Lien Note Documents or the Third Lien Note Documents, as applicable, or otherwise.
