No Violation of Environmental Laws. Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Materials to be used, produced, stored, transported, brought upon, or released on, under, or about the Premises or the Airport by Tenant or Tenant’s Associates in violation of applicable Environmental Laws. Tenant is responsible for any such violation as provided by Section 6.A of this Agreement.
