To the best of WMC Mortgage Corp.'s knowledge, there is no pending action or proceeding directly involving the Mortgaged Property in which compliance with any environmental law, rule or regulation is an issue; and there is no violation of any environmental law, rule or regulation with respect to the Mortgaged Property;
