Guarantor warrants that Guarantor is not presently and shall not hereafter be delinquent in the payment of any taxes imposed by any applicable governmental authority or in the filing of any tax return. Guarantor further warrants that Guarantor is not involved in a dispute with any taxing authority over tax amounts due.
