No Unauthorized Access. EMPLOYEE agrees that EMPLOYEE will not, without consent of Company, enter the exterior or interior premises of any Company facility, or attend any meeting, function or event sponsored by Company.
No Unauthorized Access. Customer is solely responsible for safeguarding the Xxxxxxxxx Software (including, but not limited to, the underlying code and database schema), the Customer's data and all patient data from misappropriation, theft, misuse, infringement (if applicable) or any other unauthorized reproduction, access or use. Customer shall promptly notify Xxxxxxxxx of any such event (whether actual or suspected) or of any other violation of Xxxxxxxxx'x intellectual property rights in or relating to the Xxxxxxxxx Software.
No Unauthorized Access. Customer shall not provide access to the Site to other persons through use of Customer's Username or Password. The Customer is solely responsible to ensure that no other person utilizes Customer's Usernames or Passwords. Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC is specifically not responsible for the use of any Customer's Usernames or Passwords by another party. Customer shall be responsible for any damages or liability resulting from another party obtaining his or her Usernames or Passwords. In addition, a Customer's continued membership in Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC is subject to termination by Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC in its sole discretion in the event of any unauthorized access to the Site by a person using such Customers' Usernames or Passwords.
No Unauthorized Access. Except as required by law, the Provider will not permit any person other than an Administrator or User to use or access the Services without our prior written agreement. Neither the Provider, nor its Administrators will authorize or assist any person or entity in accessing, or attempting to access, any portion of the Services via any means other than as permitted by Section 3.4(g) above. The Provider (via its Authorized Contacts, Administrators or otherwise) will promptly notify us of any order or demand for compulsory disclosure of health information if the disclosure requires access to or use of the Services. The Provider, its Authorized Contacts, Administrators, Users, and other employees and agents will cooperate fully with us in connection with any such demand. The Provider (via its Authorized Contacts, Administrators or otherwise) and each User will also notify us in the event that any person or entity, whether or not a User, (a) attempts to access the Services by any means other than a commercial browser,

You shall not access or authorize or enable the Users or Administrators to access the Website in a manner other than as explicitly authorized herein and shall not access or seek to access data other than your data. No Unauthorized Access. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or others' Accounts or User Content, whether through hacking, password mining, false key creation, or any other means.
