No Unauthorized Access. Customer is solely responsible for safeguarding the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software (including, but not limited to, the underlying code and database schema), the Customer's data and all patient data from misappropriation, theft, misuse, infringement (if applicable) or any other unauthorized reproduction, access or use. Customer shall promptly notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of any such event (whether actual or suspected) or of any other violation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ intellectual property rights in or relating to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software.
