No Transfers of Unvested Shares. Except for (i) the escrow described in Section 8 above or (ii) the transfer of any Unvested Shares to the Company as contemplated by this Agreement, none of the Unvested Shares or any beneficial interest therein shall be transferred, encumbered or otherwise disposed of in any way until such Unvested Shares have become vested pursuant to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Section 6 or Section 7 hereof.
