No Training AI Sample Clauses

No Training AI. The Affinity Data may not be used, directly or indirectly, for the training or development of large language models (LLMs) or any other artificial intelligence models. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, using the data to enhance, train, or improve algorithms or models that process, generate, or understand natural language. By accessing or using Affinity Data, you agree to comply with this restriction and to ensure that no part of the Affinity Data is employed in any form of AI or machine learning training processes. Any breach of this provision may result in termination of access and other legal remedies as deemed appropriate. You acknowledge and accept that Affinity Data remains proprietary to Affinity, and its use is governed by the terms set forth in this agreement. Unauthorized use of Affinity Data for AI training purposes is strictly prohibited.
