No Third-Party Beneficiaries; Survival of Representations. This Master Agreement is made solely for the benefit of the Parties to it, and no other persons will acquire or have any right under or by virtue of this Master Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, all representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements of the Parties shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any termination of this Master Agreement, in whole or in part.

All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Issuer shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any termination by or on behalf of the Purchaser and shall survive the delivery of the Bonds.
