Common use of No Sublease Clause in Contracts

No Sublease. A tenant occupying an Affordable Unit may not sublet the unit without the written permission of both Owner and City. The City shall not grant permission to lease, rent, or sublet the unit if it finds that the prospective tenant or occupant is not an Income Eligible Household. Any individual who subleases an Affordable Unit in violation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be required to forfeit to City all monetary amounts so obtained.
