No Subdivision to Allow Separate Sale. The Owner must not without the prior approval of the City Council, Subdivide the Lands or stratify a building containing a Dwelling Unit or transfer an interest in land to a Dwelling Unit to a person. Without limitation, the Owner acknowledges that the City will not support applications for stratification or Subdivision of any buildings on the Lands in any manner that would allow the Dwelling Units to be sold independently of each other.
