No Stabilization or Manipulation; Compliance with Regulation M. The Company will not take, and will ensure that no affiliate of the Company will take, directly or indirectly, any action designed to or that might cause or result in stabilization or manipulation of the price of the Offered ADSs or any reference security with respect to the Offered ADSs, whether to facilitate the sale or resale of the Offered ADSs or otherwise, and the Company will, and shall cause each of its affiliates to, comply with all applicable provisions of Regulation M.

The Company will not take, and will ensure that no affiliate of the Company will take, directly or indirectly, without giving effect to activities by the Underwriters, any action designed to or that might cause or result in stabilization or manipulation of the price of the Offered ADSs or the Ordinary Shares or any reference security with respect to the Offered ADSsADSs or the Ordinary Shares, whether to facilitate the sale or resale of the Offered ADSs Shares or otherwise, and the Company will, and shall cause each of its affiliates to, comply with all applicable provisions of Regulation M.
