Common use of No Stabilization Action Clause in Contracts

No Stabilization Action. Neither the Company nor any Significant Subsidiary or any of their respective affiliates has taken, directly or indirectly, any action (excluding any actions taken by the Underwriters) which was designed to or which has constituted or which might reasonably be expected to cause or result in stabilization or manipulation of the price of any security of the Company to facilitate the sale or resale of the Shares and Offered ADSs.
