No Special Taxes. Seller has no knowledge of, nor has it received any notice of, any special taxes or assessments relating to the Property or any part thereof, including taxes relating to the business of the Property, or any planned public improvements that may result in a special tax or assessment against the Property, that are not otherwise disclosed in the Preliminary Title Report. To the best of Seller's knowledge, there is not any proposed increase in the assessed valuation of the Real Property for tax purposes (except as may relate to the transfer contemplated by this Agreement).
