Common use of No Solicitation or Hiring of Employees Clause in Contracts

No Solicitation or Hiring of Employees. During the Non-Compete Period, the Executive shall not solicit, entice, persuade or induce any individual who is employed by the Employer or any Employer Affiliate (or who was so employed within 180 days prior to the Executive’s action) to terminate or refrain from continuing such employment or to become employed by or enter into contractual relations with any other individual or entity, and the Executive shall not hire, directly or indirectly, as an employee, consultant or otherwise, any such person.

During the Non-Compete Period, the Executive shall not solicit, entice, persuade or induce any individual who is employed by the Employer Company or any Employer Affiliate of its Affiliates (or who was so employed within 180 days prior to the Executive’s action) to terminate or refrain from continuing such employment or to become employed by or enter into contractual relations with any other individual or entityentity other than the Company or any of its Affiliates, and the Executive shall not hirenot, directly or indirectly, hire, or participate in the hiring, as an employee, consultant or otherwise, any such personPerson.

During the Non-Compete Period, the Executive shall not solicit, entice, persuade or induce any individual who is employed by the Employer or any Employer Affiliate of its Affiliates (or who was so employed within 180 500 days prior to the Executive’s action's or Employer's action to terminate) to terminate or refrain from continuing such employment or becoming re-employed by Employer, or to become employed by or enter into contractual relations with any other individual individual, agency or entityentity other than the Employer or any of its Affiliates, and the Executive shall not hire, directly or indirectly, as an employee, consultant or otherwise, any such person.
