Common use of No Sharing Clause in Contracts

No Sharing. The Customer may authorise any person to be an authorised User of its Subscription for a Vatix Service but the Customer Account is solely for use by the Customer and the Customer will not use it for any other purpose or share it with its affiliates, other group companies or any other person. If any affiliate or group company wishes to take up a Vatix Service for itself, it will need its own Vatix Customer Account and Subscription.

No Sharing. The Customer may authorise any person is permitted to be an authorised User of designate individuals as Users under its Subscription for a Vatix Service but Service. However, the Customer Account is solely and its associated User accounts are intended exclusively for use by the Customer assigned individual Users and the Customer will must not use it be used for any other purpose purposes or share it shared with its affiliates, other group companies entities, or any other third parties. It is imperative that each User account is linked to a distinct, individual natural person; utilising bots or sharing login details in any form is expressly forbidden. If any affiliate or group company wishes to take up a Vatix Service for itself, it will need its own Vatix Customer Account and Subscription.
