Common use of No Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Severance Benefits. Employee is not entitled to any severance benefits if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Sections 6.1(a) or 6.2(a) of this Agreement; provided however, Employee shall be entitled to (i) Base Salary prorated through the effective date of such termination; (ii) bonuses for which the payment date occurs prior to the effective date of such termination; and (iii) medical coverage and other benefits required by law and plans (as provided in Section 7.5, below).

Employee is not entitled to any severance benefits if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Sections 6.1(a) or 6.2(a) of this Agreement; provided however, Employee shall be entitled to (i) Base Salary prorated through the effective date of such termination; (ii) bonuses Bonuses which have been earned and for which the payment date occurs prior to the effective date of such termination; and (iii) medical coverage and other benefits required by law and plans (as provided in Section 7.5, below).
