No Service Commitment Clause Samples
No Service Commitment. Neither the Award nor anything contained in these Terms or the Plan constitutes a continued service commitment by the Corporation or interferes with the right of the Corporation to increase or decrease the compensation of the Director from the rate in existence at any time.
No Service Commitment. The Option confers no rights to continued service as set forth in Section 6.1 of the Plan.
No Service Commitment. Grantee acknowledges that neither the grant of the Units, nor the execution of this Agreement by the Company, shall be interpreted or construed as imposing upon the Company an obligation to retain his services in any capacity or for any stated period of time.
