No Self-Help Sample Clauses
No Self-Help. In the event that neither Lessor nor any Lender of Lessor cures any breach within the applicable cure period, Lessee will be entitled to seek any of the remedies provided in Section 12.1(c) but will not be entitled to take self-help action.
No Self-Help. Where an employee is directed to do something which the employee objects to, the employee must follow the directive, and afterwards follow the grievance procedure. The filing in writing of any grievance shall not prevent the Company from taking the complained of action.
No Self-Help. Except for an emergency, should any Party detect or claim noncompliance with this Agreement by another Party, the Party detecting or claiming such noncompliance shall not change, remove, displace, dispose of, or otherwise act to correct the alleged noncompliance without first notifying the other Party and urging correction of the alleged noncompliance, and shall invoke Subsection (I) according to its terms.
