No Risk. No provision of this Agreement requires the Collateral Agent to expend or risk its own funds or otherwise incur financial liability in the performance of any of its duties or in the exercise of any of its rights or powers, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that repayment of its funds or adequate indemnity against the risk or liability is not reasonably assured to it.
