No Rights of Set-Off. Purchaser waives and relinquishes any and all rights to set off or to apply any monies held or indebtedness or other obligations now or hereafter owing by Purchaser to Sellers or any of their Affiliates against any obligations of Sellers or any of their Affiliates now or hereafter existing under this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement.
