Common use of No Rights Conferred on Others Clause in Contracts

No Rights Conferred on Others. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer any right upon any person other than Agency, Servicer and Participant. Participant hereby agrees that notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, under no circumstances shall this Agreement or the relationship among Agency, Servicer and Participant created thereby be construed as creating a fiduciary relationship between Agency and Participant or as granting to, or creating in, Participant any legal or equitable interests right or title in, or to any funds or accounts maintained by the Agency in connection with the Program.
