No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by OUTFRONT, Executive shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning OUTFRONT or any of its affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.

The prohibition contained in this paragraph 6(f) shall not apply to a statement as to Executive’s employment with OUTFRONT made in a publication by a school, social club, community association or similar organizations.
