No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. You agree that during the Employment Term and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, except as authorized by Blockbuster or Viacom, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning Blockbuster, Viacom or any of Viacom's affiliates or any of their officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
