No Right to Employment or Services. This Agreement is not an agreement of employment or services. None of this Agreement, the Plan or the grant of Restricted Units shall (a) obligate the Company to employ or otherwise retain, or to continue to employ or otherwise retain, the Participant for any specific time period or (b) modify or limit in any respect the Company’s or its Affiliates’ right to terminate or modify the Participant’s employment, services or compensation.
