No Revocation. Subscriber agrees that Subscriber cannot cancel, terminate, or revoke this Agreement or any agreement of Subscriber made hereunder, and this Agreement shall survive the death or legal disability of Subscriber and shall be binding upon Subscriber’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns.
