Except as disclosed in the SEC Documents, the Company and its subsidiaries are not parties to or bound by any agreement, contract, policy, license, document, instrument, arrangement or commitment that limits the freedom of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to compete in any line of business or with any person or in any geographic area or which would so limit the freedom of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates after the Effective Time.
