Except for this Agreement and the Credit Documents, neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall enter into or be bound by any agreement (including covenants requiring the maintenance of specified amounts of net worth or working capital) restricting the right of any Subsidiary to make Distributions or extensions of credit to the Borrower (directly or indirectly through another Subsidiary).
