NO RESTRICTION ON PAYMENTS TO THE AGENT. Except as permitted under the Credit Agreement, the Grantors shall not enter into any Contract that restricts or prohibits the grant of a security interest in Accounts, Chattel Paper, Instruments or payment intangibles or the proceeds of the foregoing to the Agent.
