No Violation of Law Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is in violation of any law, statute, regulation, ordinance, judgment, order, or decree applicable to it which violation could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND STANDARDS 9.1.1 Each party must comply with all Applicable Laws in performing their obligations under this Agreement.
COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS All of the work performed under this Contract by the Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes of the United States and the State of Colorado.
