No Requirement to Exercise. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing herein shall require Stockholder to exercise any Company Option or other equity award or require any Stockholder to purchase any Common Shares, and nothing herein shall prohibit Stockholder from exercising any Company Option or other equity award or warrant held by Stockholder in accordance with the applicable plan, award grant agreement(s), and/or other agreements(s) or document(s) evidencing such Company Option or other equity award or warrant, as applicable.
