Common use of No Repurchase Clause in Contracts

No Repurchase. The Subscriber acknowledges that no person has made to the Subscriber any written or oral representations: (i) that any person will resell or repurchase the Common Shares, Warrants or Warrant Shares; (ii) that any person will refund the purchase price of the Common Shares, Warrants or Warrant Shares; or (iii) as to the future price or value of the Common Shares, Warrants or Warrant Shares;
