Common use of No Representations or Warranties as to Documents Clause in Contracts

No Representations or Warranties as to Documents. The Subordination Agent shall not be deemed to have made any representation or warranty as to the validity, legality or enforceability of this Agreement or any other Operative Agreement or as to the correctness of any statement contained herein or therein (other than the representations and warranties of the Subordination Agent made in its individual capacity under any Operative Agreement), except that the Subordination Agent hereby represents and warrants that each of said specified documents to which it is a party has been or will be duly executed and delivered Intercreditor Agreement (2009-1) AA Aircraft EETC by one of its officers who is and will be duly authorized to execute and deliver such document on its behalf. The Certificateholders, the Trustees and the Liquidity Providers make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.
