To the best of the Selling Parties' knowledge, there is no Release or threatened Release of any Hazardous Substance existing on, beneath or from or in the surface or ground water associated with the Real Property, nor, to the best of Selling Parties' knowledge, is there or has there been any Release or threatened Release of Hazardous Substances on, beneath or from the Real Property occurring at any time in the past, except as set forth on SCHEDULE 6.34.
