Common use of No Refund Policy Clause in Contracts

No Refund Policy. All fees relating to Paid Services, including the initial fees and any subsequent automatic renewal fees (as described above), are non-refundable. If You initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with Your Payment Method, Provider may in Provider's discretion cancel Your Paid Services immediately. If Provider successfully disputes the reversal, and the reversed funds are returned to Provider, You are not entitled to a refund or to have Your Paid Services reinstated.
