No Reduction in Rent. Tenant covenants and agrees that no diminution of light, air or view by any structure that may hereafter be erected (whether or not by Landlord) shall entitle Tenant to any reduction of Basic Rent or Additional Rent under this Lease, result in any liability of Landlord to Tenant, or in any other way affect this Lease or Tenant's obligations hereunder.
