No Redistributable Code Clause Samples
The "No Redistributable Code" clause prohibits the recipient from distributing, sharing, or sublicensing the software or any of its components to third parties. In practice, this means that users are only allowed to use the software for their own internal purposes and cannot provide copies, modified versions, or parts of the code to others, whether for free or for a fee. This clause is essential for protecting the intellectual property of the software provider and ensuring that control over distribution remains solely with the original licensor, thereby preventing unauthorized proliferation of the software.
