Common use of NO RE-TRADE Clause in Contracts

NO RE-TRADE. The Buyer acknowledges that the terms contained herein were a material inducement for the Seller to enter into this Agreement. Accordingly, subject to any matters that may be disclosed by Buyer’s property condition report and/or environmental studies, the Buyer agrees that the terms contained herein shall not be re-negotiated and that the economic terms shall not be re-traded.
