No Re-Identification. Data User will not make any attempt to re-identify any of the study subjects.
No Re-Identification. The RECIPIENT shall not carry out any procedures with the DATA (linking, comparison, processing) with the intention to identify the DATA SUBJECT, unless requested by a DATA SUBJECT according to section III.6. below.

Each Licensee shall not re-identify any person reflected in [***], including without limitation: (a) re-identifying, or attempting to re-identify, or allowing to be re-identified any patient or individual who is the subject of Protected Health Information (as defined by HIPAA) within such [***]; (b) re-identifying, or attempting to re-identify, or allowing to be re-identified any relative, family or household member of any patient or individual reflected in such [***]; or (c) linking any of the facial or direct identifiers set forth in 45 C.F.R. 164.514 to any other information. In addition, each [***] that directly or indirectly involves developing a plan to or actually attempting to reidentify an individual. Each [***]. For the purposes of this Section 8.8, the remainder of Section 8, and Section 12.2, “Licensee” means (i) with respect to [***], and (ii) with respect to [***]; “Licensor” means (i) with respect to [***], and (ii) with respect to [***]; “Licensed Data” means (i) where [***], and (ii) where [***].

No Re-Identification. Except as specifically permitted by ISMMS and any necessary BioMe Subject consent, Sema4 shall not attempt in any manner, directly or indirectly, to identify the BioMe Subjects or their family members, or to enable any third party to do so, and shall not contact any BioMe Subject if identified for any reason. Sema4 shall notify ISMMS immediately if Sema4 identifies a BioMe Subject, or if it becomes aware that a Subcontractor or Sema4 Collaborator has identified such an individual. Sema4 agrees to destroy any remaining Biospecimens, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx or Clinical Data related to a BioMe Subject who has been so identified.
