No Prior Liens. Immediately prior to the sale of the Mortgage Loans to the Purchaser, the Seller was the sole owner and holder of the Mortgage Loan free and clear of any and all liens (other than any senior lien indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule), pledges, charges or security interests of any nature, and the Seller had good and marketable title and full right and authority to sell and assign the Mortgage Loan.
