A Statement of the District certifying that the property that will constitute the Leased Property after the substitution, addition, deletion, or change of term is not subject to any liens securing monetary obligations (other than Permitted Encumbrances), unless such liens are subordinate to the interest of the Corporation created by this Lease-Purchase Agreement.
