No Postponement. The Security Trustee's rights under this Deed will not be discharged, postponed or in any way prejudiced by any subsequent Security Interest nor by the operation of the rules known as the rule in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ v Rolt or the rule in Claytons Case.
