No P.O.D. Designation. On the death of the Party, ownership of the account passes as a part of the Party’s estate under the Party’s will or by intestacy. Unlike Multiple-Party accounts, no other person will have an ownership interest in, or right of survivorship interest under a Single-Party account, except as otherwise provided by law.
