No Paying Agent. or the Registrar shall in any event be liable to the Issuer, the CBC or any other party to the Transaction Documents for any indirect or consequential damage (indirecte ▇▇▇▇▇▇). This Clause shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
