Common use of NO PARTIES Clause in Contracts

NO PARTIES. Xxxxxx agrees that s/he will not have or permit any party on a lawn, driveway, porch, balcony or fire escape. If the Tenant shall fail to abide by this rule, this will be deemed a material breach of the Lease, and the Landlord may evict the Tenant or resort to any other remedy permitted by law. Tenant agrees that if any porch, balcony or fire escape is occupied by more than one person per 10 full square feet of area on such porch, balcony or fire escape, such shall be considered a party for the purpose of this rule.
