Common use of No Other Amounts Clause in Contracts

No Other Amounts. Except as otherwise required by law (e.g., pursuant to COBRA) or as specifically provided herein, all of Employee’s rights to Base Salary, severance, fringe benefits and bonuses hereunder (if any) shall cease upon the termination of the Employment Term. Upon termination of the Employment Term, the sole contractual remedy of Employee and his successors, assigns, heirs, representatives and estate shall be to receive the amounts described in Sections 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), and 5(d), as applicable.
