Common use of No one other Clause in Contracts

No one other. than Buyer has a contract, option or right of first refusal to purchase the Property or any part thereof and Seller has granted no leases or licenses, nor created any tenancies, affecting the property. There are no parties in possession of any portion of the Property as trespassers or otherwise.
