No Obstruction of Clause Samples
The "No Obstruction of" clause prohibits one party from interfering with or hindering the other party’s rights or activities as specified in the agreement. In practice, this means that each party must refrain from actions that would block, delay, or otherwise impede the other’s ability to perform their contractual obligations or exercise their rights, such as access to property, use of resources, or completion of work. This clause serves to ensure smooth cooperation and prevent disputes by clearly establishing that intentional or negligent obstruction is not permitted.
