No Obligation to Seek Reimbursement Sample Clauses

No Obligation to Seek Reimbursement. All amounts payable under this Section 2.09 are to be immediately due and payable without demand, in full, without any requirement on the part of Radian or any other Person to seek reimbursement of such amounts from any other source of reimbursement or indemnity, or to allocate such amount to any other transaction that may have benefited from the expenditure of such amounts.
