No Notice or Consent Required to or from Existing Noteholders and Owners. Except as provided in Section 6.10(a) above, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee will not be required to provide prior notice to or to obtain the consent of any Noteholder or Note Owner of Notes of any Outstanding Series or Class to issue any additional Notes of any Series or Class.
